How Re-AI uses your data

Plain-language summary of the personal data this website uses, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Who we are

This website is run by the Re-AI project consortium (Erasmus+). For questions about your data, use the contact form or write to europeanlearningnetwork@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Account: name, email and password to give you access to the courses (contract). Learning progress, quiz results, exercise submissions and certificates, to run the course and award certificates (contract). Skills check answers and optional profile (country, age group, work situation, education) only with your consent, to measure the project's impact in anonymous form. Newsletter and contact forms: your name, email and message (consent). Technical logs kept by our host for security (legitimate interest).

On your device

Accessibility choices and lessons you save for offline use are stored only in your browser. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who can see your data

Course tutors from the partner organisations see your progress and submitted exercises. Reports to the European Commission only contain anonymous or pseudonymised figures. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Learning records are kept until the end of the project and its reporting period, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask for deletion earlier. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Third-party services

Some lessons link to external tools (for example AI assistants). They have their own privacy policies — read them before you sign up, and never paste personal data into AI tools.
