The aim of this project is to enhance AI literacy and digital skills among low-skilled adults, enabling them to successfully transition into remote and hybrid work environments.
By providing practical, easy-to-understand training and hands-on learning experiences, the project supports participants in building confidence, improving employability, and adapting to the demands of the modern digital workforce.
The project is creating a set of practical and easy-to-follow learning modules designed specifically for low-skilled adults. These modules focus on essential digital and AI skills needed in today’s workplaces, particularly in remote and hybrid environments. By using simple language, step-by-step guidance, and hands-on exercises, the project ensures that learners can build knowledge at their own pace and apply it directly to real-life job situations.
A key impact of the project is strengthening the capacity of VET educators to deliver high-quality training in AI and digital skills. Through the introduction of the RE-AI methodology, educators are equipped with innovative tools, structured content, and practical teaching approaches. This not only improves the quality of instruction but also ensures that training remains relevant to current labour market needs.
By participating in the training, low-skilled adults gain the confidence and competence needed to navigate digital tools and AI technologies.
