2Ask Notion AI to summarise your priorities20 min
3Evaluate and refine25 min
4Complete the reflection worksheet15 min
!Tips and safety
  • Use realistic but not confidential tasks. Do not add personal data about other people.
  • The free Notion plan includes only limited AI use. If you run out, ask your trainer for help.
  • Trainer note: during Step 2, ask learners to share their prompt aloud and discuss how wording changes the result.
?Reflection questions (answer them when you submit)
  1. What prompt did you use with Notion AI? What did the AI summary get right? Give one example.
  2. What did the AI get wrong or miss? What context did it lack?
  3. How did you edit or improve the AI's output, and how much time did AI save you?
  4. Will you use this dashboard approach in your real work? Why or why not?
✓How your work is assessed
  • The workspace has a task database with all six columns and at least 8 tasks
  • Notion AI was used with both prompts and the outputs are recorded
  • The AI summary was checked and corrected where needed, and tasks re-ordered
  • The reflection names at least one strength and one limit of the AI

You pass with at least 3 of the 4 criteria met (60%). You can improve and resubmit at any time.
