!Tips and safety
- Never upload real customer data or confidential documents to a free tool
- Free tiers limit the number of messages: plan your 10 tests before you start
- If the bot invents answers, add a clear rule: if you don't know, say so
?Reflection questions (answer them when you submit)
- Which question did the bot handle worst? Was the cause the FAQ, the prompt or the tool?
- How did changing the system prompt change the bot's answers?
- Would you trust this bot with real customers yet? Why or why not?
- How does your bot tell users it is an AI, and is that clear enough?
✓How your work is assessed
- The FAQ covers the four knowledge areas and is written in customers' language
- The system prompt defines role, tone, scope, fallback and AI disclosure
- All 10 test questions are logged with an honest correct / incorrect judgement
- At least two weak answers were fixed and re-tested, with a clear summary
You pass with at least 3 of the 4 criteria met (60%). You can improve and resubmit at any time.
