Step by step

You will practise: choose a realistic AI-powered service using the four-way fit; complete an AI Business Model Canvas and a 6-month income projection; build a 5-slide pitch deck that ends with a clear call to action.

1Choose your service15 min
2Fill in the canvas in Notion30 min
3Build a 6-month income projection20 min
4Build a 5-slide pitch deck in Gamma25 min
!Tips and safety
  • A projection is an educated guess: being roughly right is the goal
  • Label any AI-generated images in your deck as AI-made
  • Gamma's free plan has limited credits: prepare your bullet points before you start
?Reflection questions (answer them when you submit)
  1. Why did you choose this service over your other ideas?
  2. Which assumption in your projection are you least sure about, and how could you test it?
  3. Where did AI help most, and where did you have to correct it?
  4. What is one step you could take this month to find a first client?
✓How your work is assessed
  • The service is specific: one clear service for one clear customer, with a price
  • All five canvas blocks are completed in the learner's own words
  • The 6-month projection states assumptions and subtracts costs
  • The 5-slide deck follows problem, solution, offer, proof, next step

You pass with at least 3 of the 4 criteria met (60%). You can improve and resubmit at any time.
